On May 22nd the Treasury and Small Business Administration (“SBA”) released a new Interim Final Rules (“IFR”) on Loan Forgiveness.

PPP Forgiveness Application Due date

There has been some confusion as there is a 10/31 expiration date on PPP forgiveness forms. Forgiveness applications are NOT due on Oct 31st.
